The SABIA Material Analyzer operates as a Web server, permitting it to be operated either standalone or from anywhere on your network via any PC with a Web browser. Dedicated proprietary operator consoles are not required - the analyzer can be controlled from across the room or around the world via the Internet.

Key to this design is a highly customizable user interface layer based on the Internet standard rendering tools of PHP and HTML. A high degree of separation between this user interface layer and the underlying analysis software gives unprecedented flexibility for customer-specific displays.

The SABIA Material Analyzer supports online analysis of the most recent data, as well as historical re-analysis of archived data. Analysis results can be exported to spreadsheet-friendly formats and downloaded directly via your Web browser. For real-time process control, the analyzer can also provide its results directly to a PLC system.
